I also build my own products, which I host and maintain myself, in production. IziVisas provides visa information for more than 250 countries and territories, with a full admin panel and automated data collection. TraceMapper, a network diagnostics tool, has user accounts, a Pro subscription and PDF reports.
This website is another example: its client area, where my clients follow their quotes and invoices, and its admin panel were custom-built. I apply to your project what I apply to my own products: automated testing, security audits, performance monitoring.

Will I own the application?
Yes. Once the application is paid in full, it's yours: texts, images and code. I hand over the source code whenever you want, and the domain name is registered in your name or transferred to you on request.
What happens after launch?
Issues reported within 30 days of launch are fixed free of charge. After that, maintenance for an application is quoted separately, and improvements are billed at €500 per day, on quote. If I host the application, hosting and the domain name renew every year at cost, with no markup.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit when you accept the quote, then the balance at launch, by bank transfer. Payment in instalments is not offered.
